Welcome to my home. I started Pistachio because I wanted not only to bring homemade pastries to the Grand Valley, but treats that could be delivered directly to you, fresh from the oven.
What sets Pistachio apart is attention to detail. Baking is not simply mixing and measuring. It is naunce, it is care, it is an obsessive desire to make each item--from a single cupcake to a three-layer cake--perfect. Therefore I bake for quality, never using preservatives or flavored oils. Supermarkets and mass-produced desserts have caused people to forget that pastries are more than a sugary pick-me-up. They are something to be savored as much as a fine wine.
